Annuals & perennials
This area is the focal point of our garden center — overflowing with colorful, seasonal flowers. Annuals and perennials provide beautiful accents for your landscape and are the main ingredient for gorgeous container gardens and hanging baskets. Rockledge Gardens also has a great selection of flowers and host plants to attract butterflies.
Greenhouse
Our beautiful greenhouse is filled with foliage plants that are suitable for indoors, on patios, or in shady areas of your yard. You’ll also find an ever-changing selection of elegant orchids, plus cactus and succulents, and a beautiful array of hanging baskets.
Garden accents & gifts
Rockledge Gardens’ “old barn” is the display area for our gifts and garden accents, which change seasonally. Here’s where you can always find great gifts for gardeners, and nice touches for your own home and garden décor.
Pottery, fountains & statuary
Our courtyard area features a large collection of pots — including terra cotta, Mexican pottery, and containers in a huge variety of colorful glazed finishes. Throughout this area you’ll find a lovely selection of statuary and fountains, including “disappearing fountain” kits that let you turn almost any pot into a beautiful water feature.
Shrubs, vines & groundcovers
This area provides the staple plants for any landscape foundation — including evergreens, flowering shrubs, and beautiful tropical plants such as crotons, codyline, and copperplants. You’ll also find a variety of groundcovers, which are growing in popularity as an alternative to lawns and can help in weed control. And for beautiful additions to fences, trellises, and arbors, be sure to explore our lovely selection of vines.
Palms & bamboo
Rockledge Gardens is proud to provide the best selection of palms and bamboo in Brevard County. This is because we grow our own stock, right across the highway on our nursery acreage. Bernie Peterson, who has been part of the Rockledge Gardens family for more than 30 years, oversees the growing operation.
Trees
Trees add value to your property while they add to the beauty to your landscape and help to cool your home. Rockledge Gardens grows much of our own tree stock, which allows us to provide a very good selection.
Fruit trees & plants
What’s a Central Florida yard without a citrus tree? Nothing beats the taste of fresh citrus, and Rockledge Gardens carries a large assortment, including many varieties of oranges and grapefruit, tangerines, lemons, and limes. We also have a good selection of tropical fruits, as well as blueberries and grapes — all tried and true for growing in our area!

A secret to a beautiful garden is tending to the nutritional needs of your plants, and protecting them from diseases and insects. Rockledge Gardens believes in environmental responsibility when tending to the garden, and provides a great selection of natural and organic fertilizers and pest controls.
